Stealth Products has taken its “The World’s
Best” (TWB) hardware and simplified it into a
single unified line. Most UniLink adjustments
can be made using just one tool: a 4mm hex
wrench. All UniLink elements are compatible
with each other, and all systems use the
same link option and three size options: 1.5" (3.81cm), 2" (5.08 cm) or 3" (7.62cm). Stealth
calls UniLink a “unified ecosystem” that’s
interchangeable. ATPs can build nearly limitless
positioning components while offering
improved strength — UniLink provides
four times the strength of the TWB family of
products. Kits include Pelvic/Thigh, Trunk,
Elbow Stops, Head, and Back systems.
Diego Pediatric Seating
The Diego system was inspired by the ever-changing complex rehab industry and the need for a pediatric seating system designed for that market. Through the years, Stealth Products has determined that the pediatric end user needs a modular growth seating system. The manufacturer began to look into how it could incorporate sound positioning features into a next-generation seating system that was not just a scaled-down version of an adult seat, but one designed specifically for a smaller user. Those are the advantages and benefits of Diego.
Glacial SP Cushion
As seen at the 2019 National Seating & Mobility Symposium: Stealth Products continues to expand its seat cushion offerings. Introducing the Glacial SP (for “Skin Protection”), a cushion with a contoured, high-density molded foam base. It features a soft gel top layer for skin protection, while the cushion contour provides coccyx and sacral relief. A cushion cover with Coolcore technology — to keep users cooler in warm temperatures and warm in cooler weather — comes standard. Optional mesh and Stealth Tek covers are also available. The Glacial is available in seat widths from 10" to 24" and seat depths from 10" to 24". This cushion is the latest addition to Stealth’s growing line of Coolcore-covered cushions to meet the requirements of wheelchair users with complex needs.

Pediatric Diego Seating
Children are not just smaller versions of adults. That’s the reasoning behind the invention of the Diego pediatric seating designed especially for them and their development. Named after long-time Stealth Products customer Diego Martin Rios, the Diego system combines modularity for growing kids with the innovation that comes from creating seating especially for children and their unique needs, goals and dreams. The Diego system is designed to keep pace with the ever-changing pediatric market.

i-Drive Control System
Designed around a proprietary Central Processing Unit and Advanced Programming Software, i-Drive’s combination of hardware and software brings state-of-the-art technology to the alternative drive control segment. Real-time feedback provides smoother control and improved driving efficiency to build confidence, even in new drivers or those with limited functional ability. Interaction between driver and system occurs in real time thanks to the i-Drive CPU, which works at a frequency of 150 kHz. Add Stealth’s positioning components to build the optimal seating and driving system for each pediatric client.
An ATP & Clinician Best Pick of 2018:
I like the new Stealth i-Drive specialty control module. It is basically a newer type of electronic interface device that allows you to set up, connect and program specialty drive and switch controls on complex, high-end power wheelchairs for people that lack the ability to drive with a traditional hand control joystick set-up.
With this new technology, the users can access input devices that will allow them to drive and use power seating functions through alternative switch access. We have been using a lot of knee abductor-mounted switches for our ALS [clients] and have had some successful outcomes.
— Frank Lane, ATP, CRTS, National Seating & Mobility
Ultra Head Support
An ATP & Clinician Best Pick of 2018:
This head support has been around for a while, but it is one of my favorites! Its modular support provides occipital, suboccipital, and lateral head support to achieve and maintain neck alignment. I can even swap out a lateral pad with a switch to access an assistive technology device!
— Michelle L. Lange, OTR/L, ABDA, ATP/SMS
TruComfort 2 with CoolCore
Stealth’s new line of cushions features patented, exclusive CoolCore Technology covers — chemical-free, four-way stretch material that offers moisture-wicking, moisture transportation and moisture evaporation properties. A color guide identifies the suggested HCPCS code and function family, identified with a color-coded PVC patch on each cushion. Other features include contoured, high-density foam bases; lateral and pre-ischial shelf contours; and a range of standard width and depth offerings.
i-Drive Loonz Game
Seating and mobility clinicians and ATPs know that the first step toward making a child successful at power wheelchair operation is usually getting Mom and Dad on board. While multiple studies have shown that independent mobility is crucial for social, emotional, physical and cognitive development in infants and toddlers, anxious parents often worry about putting their little ones into power chairs that weigh hundreds of pounds — meaning that an assessment can be doomed before it begins.
Stealth Products’ new Loonz video game offers a new, family-friendly approach. Operated via Stealth’s i-Drive alternative driving controls system, Loonz — starring an elephant named Tiki in his hot air balloon — evaluates a child’s ability to use electronics controls without needing to sit the child in a power chair. Loonz can be operated using a standard joystick, as well as a number of alternative driving controls, including a head array, sip and puff, or mini joystick. As the child moves through the levels of Loonz to gather the game’s “coins,” therapists and ATPs can get feedback showing how efficiently the child is using the driving control. Loonz is a free, downloadable app that can be used to assess power chair readiness or to teach power chair skills before a child actually gets into that power chair.
Exclusively available on Quantum Rehab’s TRU-Balance 3 Seating Systems, the ADI Q-Back from Stealth Products comes in three configurations. Active Contour (shown) has a 2" depth, while Deep Contour (4") and Extra Deep Contour (6") offer greater depths. The ADI Q-Back mounts directly to the mounting plate, so no seat depth is lost. Order the Q-Back in 19-22" heights/16", 18", 20" widths for tilt and static seating. For power recline seating, order 22-25" heights/16", 18", 20" widths — with custom sizes also available. Each Q-Back has a mesh cover.
Stealth’s new i-Drive 4.0 boasts significant
new abilities over previous models, so simply
calling it a head array shortchanges its
functionality. The new i-Drive is Bluetooth
compatible, so ATPs can use an Apple or
Android app to do the programming. A
remote stop app stops signal output of the
device, so the power chair remains in the
same functional place and simply continues
where it left off once the remote stop order
is lifted. Users can pull up to a computer
and control it using i-Drive’s head pads and
Bluetooth system. Stealth plans to launch
future training games that can assess a user’s
readiness for and skill with the head array.
Contouring depths and location are fully
customizable on the Tarta Original back,
thanks to an array of interchangeable ribs.
The Tarta Original is made of harmonic
steel central plates that construct the spine;
composite vertebrae; a breathable AirMesh
cover; high-resiliency foam in all pads; and
lightweight aluminum ribs. This design
allows for an infinite height range (standard
heights are 8-14"), as well as outstanding
breathability. Hardware options include
rigid mount, height-adjustable rigid mount,
quick-remove cane mount and quick-remove,
bolt-on rigidizer bar.
I-Drive Control Harness
An orbital compression mount, Stealth’s
highly adjustable Link-style hardware, plus the
addition of a track system create unmatched,
targeted positioning. A quick-release, swing-away
padded collar allows removal of the
device from the right or left side. The removable
collar design also allows height adjustability
on the collar frame independent of the
adjustable Link hardware. Add the integrated
padded and adjustable I-Fit body securement
belt, and be confident of consistent positioning.
An array of switch mounting options provides
great access for lip, cheek or chin driving.
This ergonomic backrest uses state-of-the-art materials and design
concepts to provide adaptable support that optimizes function for
busy users, including
busy children who
experience a range
of environments and
activities every day.
ADI Disc Brakes
This first fully integrated braking
system gives users the ability
to fully lock the wheels and
engage in effortless, controlled
braking, even while descending
ramps. Brakes can be locked with
fingertip effort; a variable lever
provides brake operation for users
with limited trunk control and
function. A paralever is available
for active users with more trunk
control and function. An attendant
lever is also available.
Seating that doesn’t match its user’s specific needs becomes more
limiting than functional. Stealth Products creates custom linear
seating using the highest-quality
materials and pays close attention to
detail to create the correct combination
of base, foam and cover that
meets the client’s current needs and
also grows as needed. Standard and
customized back packages, plus back
inserts, are available.
The Tarta series of backrests combines avant
garde materials with ergonomic designs to
create postural supports that are adaptable
and can be highly personalized. Apply slats
of different shapes and measurements to the
desired number of vertebrae, and choose
different kinds of padding on each vertebra as
well. The harmonic steel used within the vertebrae
“memorizes” its original position when
subjected to distortion, which gives the Tarta
system flexibility and resistance. The upper
section is more flexible and easily adapts to
the movement of the user’s body to maintain
postural control, while lower vertebrae, when
locked, offer effective lower-back support.
An ATP & Clinician Best Pick of 2016:
What can I say — this is
pure genius. Adjustable.
Customization to the max.
From the custom graphics to
the deep contour (great shape
for trunk/thoracic support) and
breathability, this is functional
An ATP & Clinician Best Pick of 2016:
The Mo-Vis line of joysticks offers compact, flexible functionality. The
Multi Joystick can be used in traditional positions or elsewhere, such
as the chin, finger or lip. The Micro Joystick requires just 10 grams
of force to operate due to extraordinary sensitivity. The All-Round
model is compact and
has two jack inputs for
switches. The versatility
of the Mo-Vis line gives
ATPs and clinicians a
world of options.
ADI Carbon Fiber Series
Ergonomically designed for proper posture,
ADI’s carbon fiber series of backs is designed to
ease the strain on the lower back during long,
active days in a wheelchair. The Carbon Fiber
series’ designs more equally distribute forces
through the pelvic base of support, which
leads to less pain. Carbon fiber or aluminum
construction provides strength without extra
weight, and these backrests were created to
provide maximum stabilization of the trunk
with each push and with less energy loss. The
backrests are available in 12-19" widths and 10",
13" and 16" heights. Custom options available.
I-Drive’s newest hardware and
software release includes built-in
Bluetooth for seamless programming
and future connectivity.
Smart ports recognize when
something is plugged in, which
enables easy troubleshooting. A
real-time user interface facilitates
improved driving efficiency and
a more effective learning curve
thanks to smooth, intuitive
controls. I-Drive’s latest release is
designed to offer endless possibilities

ADI CF Series
This backrest series from Accessible Designs Inc. features a carbon fiber shell and 1" open cell foam with attached .25 EVA backing, plus lightweight aluminum hardware and a breathable AirMesh cover. Mounting options include Fixed ELITE (stationary mounting/fixed positioning), Point PRO (stationary mounting/adjustable positioning), Quick Release, 4 Point PRO, and Width-Adjustable ELITE.
An advanced alternative drive control head array uses Stealth’s tried-and-true head positioning technology. A range of modifications can be made to customize the i-Drive, such as adding switches or embedding speakers into the headrest. Optional advanced programming software offers further individualization.
For use with products such as head arrays, sip and puffs, proximity trays, fiber optics and mini proportional joysticks, the i-Drive performs as a “blank slate” with the wheelchair to allow the user to personalize its functions. i-Drive offers options such as channel assignment, double-tap timing, mode selection and a sensor engagement setting to enable programming for each sensor. This interface provides real-time communication with the chair for smoother acceleration, steering and stopping.
i-Fit Chest Straps
This member of Stealth’s anterior thoracic support line is made of open-cell material that allows air to circulate and moisture to escape. That results in reduced heat build-up for the client, as well as a cooler, drier, more comfortable experience. A slight offset allows for easy adjustment of the chest strap without loosening the anchor bolts. The dynamic support provides postural control, a degree of trunk movement and a softer fit on the body. Thanks to this design, the client can move within a limited range, then be returned to a neutral position.
Composed of high-quality materials, the i-Fit line of positioning accessories allow dynamic and structured support thanks to attention to the smallest of details in fit, finish, sizing, features and clinical benefits. The i-Fit series is available in sizes from pediatrics to adults.
