Meywalk Dynamic Walker
The Meyland Smith Meywalk Dynamic Walker allows both kids and adults to move in a more typical gait pattern while providing assistance with the weakest portion of gait, the mid phase, by using a spring-assist assembly. Meywalk also has a lever lift transfer system to aid in sit-to-stand transfers. It’s available in five sizes and two styles — the standard Meywalk 2000 and the heavier MK4. Each has a full line of options from non-roll back brakes to drag brakes, lateral hip supports, lower-extremity alignment positioning aids and caster locks.

Buddy Roamer
When kids are ready to take the next step in gait training — meaning that they need support while upright, but don’t need to be surrounded by a lot of hardware that can get in the way — there’s the Buddy Roamer. It’s available in four sizes to fit kids from toddlerhood to adulthood. Adjustability is easy and convenient: Adjust up to 3" of height without needing to remove the user from the gait trainer. Options (available for all sizes) include upper-extremity support, no-roll-back brakes, caster locks, and lower-extremity alignment support. The Buddy Roamer gives kids (and adults!) the support they need while leaving them free to move and explore in all directions.

Headpod
The concept behind this dynamic
head support is to begin to
position the child’s head in the
neutral point of balance over
their base of support, either
sitting or standing, while allowing
free head rotation and forward
movement to strengthen head
control over time. The ladder strap
over the head is adjustable to
allow movement within the plane
of strength.

The graded suspension system allows for increased/decreased lift by easy adjustment. Available in three sizes, from 12" to 35" inseams, and with optional forearm and shoulder supports and an abduction pommel.
