The JUNIOR Seat Cushion is now available in five sizes and provides a comfortable, stable foundation for exploration and adventure. Lightweight multi-stiffness foam promotes immersion, stability and positioning while the washable, water-resistant cover lets kids be kids. Each cushion features a VARILITE self-inflating valve for quick and easy adjustments. Designed specifically for children using anthropometric data, the JUNIOR line features a full range of size-appropriate seating and positioning items to support children in their mobility devices, allowing them to follow their imagination.
Reflex
Designed for consumers at moderate risk of skin breakdown, the Reflex has a set amount of immersion that conforms to the user’s body to provide comfort and added stability. Air-Foam Floatation dampens impact and vibration, and a built-in device automatically releases a portion of air when the user sits on the cushion, which reinflates when weight is lifted off it. These features make for an effective, low-maintenance cushion.

Custom Molded Seating
An ATP & Clinician Best Pick of 2017:
Ride Design’s custom molded seating is an amazing product for certain clientele. It was developed by a physical therapist and an orthotist in Colorado, and it can help people sit in their mobility device in ways that other devices cannot.
— Frank Lane, ATP, CRTS, National Seating & Mobility
What about the new technologies around scanning for custom molded seating? Very quick scanning and no more plaster molds for them. No slinging plaster anymore on a Ride mold; I love this.

SofTech Basic
A standardized automatic alternating cushion, the SofTech Basic gently alternates about 90 times per hour to prevent pressure injury caused by sitting too long. Two groups of internal air bladders automatically inflate, then slowly deflate to create a gentle massaging action. The completely self-contained unit weighs about 5 lbs., can be used on any chair, and requires no adjustments. The battery-operated system operates more than 25 hours on a charge.
Ride Designs
Ride Forward
This cushion surrounds the pelvis with supportive contours while reducing pressure around at-risk bony prominences. The design encourages a level pelvis and holds the hips to the back of the chair, helping to improve postural control and balance without skin protection compromise. The Ride Forward is ideal for users looking for comfort, greater sitting stability, improved skin outcomes and heat/moisture management.

ROHO Smart Check
An ATP & Clinician Best Pick of 2017:
When you feel you need a ROHO cushion under someone, but are not sure they can maintain the air in it, this is the way to go. Once the cushion is inflated properly, the patient can check inflation by simply plugging in the Smart Check, and if it is “green” the cushion is still properly inflated. If not it, will tell you to put air in or take air out.

Custom Cushion 2
Ride’s popular Custom
Cushion has combined
with advanced Ride-Works scanning/ordering
technology to produce
the Ride Custom Cushion
2 — offering all the skin
and postural care of its
predecessor in a lighter,
more comfortable and simpler design. An intuitive and accurate process
enables shapes to be quickly scanned then sent with photos and order
information through a secure, encrypted iOS app. The result is a cushion
made specifically to match its user’s unique shape and that helps to
decrease long-term skin risk while improving sitting stability. The lightweight
Custom Cushion 2 is about 1.8 lbs. (for an average 16x16" size) and
features a softer base. Upgrade the standard cushion with Soft Fit options
of two or three layers of spacer mesh fabric. The included Ride CAM
wedges can be used to adjust cushion contours to accommodate weight
change, tissue atrophy and postural changes. Optional well inserts can
be added to support bony prominences and to support microclimate
management.
