After making its debut in March in Long Beach, California, then arriving in Edison, New Jersey, at the end of April, the Abilities International Accessibility Conference heads to the Chicago area June 11-12.
The conference, taking place at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center, features two educational tracks — Improving Patient Outcomes and Adapted Living — designed for seating and wheeled mobility clinicians, providers and affiliated professionals.
The consumer-focused Abilities Expo takes place at the same location over the weekend, June 12-14.
“This is the third conference we’ll deliver this year, bringing together clinicians, executives and end users in one collaborative environment,” says Katy Roberts, managing director of the Abilities events. “We’ve seen incredible momentum in Long Beach and New York Metro, and Chicago is set to create another important hub for innovation, education and industry connection.”
In celebration of Global Accessibility Awareness Day on May 21, the Abilities conference is offering $319 tickets this week with the code ACCDAY26 when registering.
