Ability Members Group Adds Quebec’s Largest Independent HME Provider

December 9, 2020 by Laurie Watanabe

Ability Members Group, a national network of home medical equipment and Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) providers, has added Maison André Viger to its roster.

In a Dec. 7 news announcement, Ability Members Group described Maison André Viger as the largest independent provider in Quebec.

The business was established in 1984 and offers a full range of home medical equipment, including complex seating, CRT wheelchairs, and home accessibility products for consumers living at home or in assisted living or institutional settings. Maison André Viger has two locations in Montreal, one location on Montreal’s South Shore, and one location in Quebec City.

Milton Romero, owner of Maison André Viger, said in the announcement, “We are very excited to join the Ability Members Group. It is great to be part of a group that values relationships and service the same way we do. The welcome we’ve received from existing members has been heartwarming, and we are looking forward to exchanging best practices with them.”

Ability Members Group CEO Jamie Church added, “The team at Maison André Viger add important skills and experience, and we’re excited to work together to support the people and communities that they serve. Adding Maison André Viger to our membership is an important first step into Quebec.”

Ability Members Group now has 74 locations across Canada.
