Case Studies: Mobility Dealer Web Sites

The Ability Center
Web Site: www.abilitycenter.com
Cool Features:  The Web site includes a page that list services provided, testimonials and the ability to contact the sales team.
Why We Like It: This Web site doesn’t force consumers to click all over the place in search of information. On the home page, consumers can automatically click the van, scooter, lifts, or wheelchair icon to go to the page of his or her choice. Consumers can browse the new and used vehicle section and read a detailed description about the products. There’s even a link that allows the consumer to leave information to be contacted, or the consumer can phone in to ask more questions. There’s also a section on the Web site for consumers interested in selling their vehicles.

Access Options

Web site: www.accessoptions.com
Cool Features: This site includes a customer spotlight page and, best of all, a payment calculator.
Why We Like It: This easy-to-navigate Web site allows consumers to browse new and used vans, rental vehicles, building modifications, lift loaders, controls and more. The Web site gives detailed information on vehicles, along with pricing. The site enables consumers to calculate monthly auto loans, provides quotes on vehicles, and allows consumers to fill out rental request forms online. The Web site even includes a contact form for Spanish speakers. The site is attractive and gives a wealth of information without being too cluttered.

Superior Van and Mobility
Web site: www.superiorvan.com
Cool Features: This Web site provides a list of commonly asked questions, provides information on rentals and resource links for rebates.
Why We Like It: The catchy Web site prominently displays photos and icons that allow readers to view new and used mobility vans and adaptive equipment. Site browsers will also find current specials, news and events, and have the opportunity to request an informational package. The site has a section that offers information on possible benefits for veterans and a funding page that gives consumers a list of programs and agencies that fund van conversions and mobility equipment.
