Pride Seminar Tour Brings Education to Providers

If you're looking for ways to earn continuing education units (CEUs), but are also watching your travel budget, Pride Mobility Products has a suggestion: its 2009 Seminar Tour.

The 29-city tour starts this month and continues through the summer. CEUs have been approved by the University of Pittsburgh. Class topics include power mobility device documentation, technical service, retail mobility, advanced electronics, business solutions and seating & positioning. A prep course for the RESNA Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) exam will also be offered in select cities.

Quantum Rehab spokesperson Bryan Anderson, an Iraqi war veteran and Quantum power chair user, is giving a keynote address at the Anaheim, South Bend and Boston venues. Seminar tour speakers also include Jenny M. Lieberman, MSOTR/L, ATP, and Christine Maurer, MPT, ATP.
