Rizzuto Named New Respiratory & Sleep Management Editor
Respiratory & Sleep Management has hired Janis Samaripa Rizzuto to be its new editor.
Rizzuto has 13 years of editorial experience in the health-care industry. She was most recently publisher/editor of Southern California Physician, a magazine for physician members of six Southern California county medical associations. From 1991 to 1998, Rizzuto worked as editor-in-chief of HomeCare.
At both publications, Rizzuto garnered awards for her work, including two Jesse H. Neal Awards and numerous Maggie Awards from the Western Publications Association. Across her career, Rizzuto has held editorial leadership positions at publications in other fields, including financial services, project management and retailing.
