Active American Mobility has added a fifth location, this time opening an office in San Antonio, Texas, according to Director of Business Development Patrick Boardman.
"We opened our rehab division in 2007, and it has been successful beyond our dreams," says Solomon Adams, VP and owner of Active American.
In addition to providing custom wheelchairs, Active American offers home modifications "for clients who need to widen doorways, climb stairs or need a ramp or bathroom mod for their home," Boardman explains. The company, headquartered in Lake Jackson, Texas, also provides manual and power mobility bases for adult and pediatric clients; standing and walking aids; transfer products; and electronic aids to daily living, such as augmentative communications and alternative access equipment.
Active American has offices in Stafford, Sugar Land, Webster and Lake Jackson, Texas. Visit Active American online at aamobility.com. Check out its complex rehab blogs at http://complexrehab.blogspot.com/.
