Services Being Restored at Flood-Affected CIGNA

Various services are being restored at CIGNA Government Services (CGS), the Jurisdiction C DME MAC, following severe storms and flooding that affected its Nashville, Tenn., operations.
In a new update sent today, CGS said its DME Telephone Reopening line is operational, and that staff will be available from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., and from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Central time all week.
The Overpayment Recovery phone line is also back in service, with staff available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central.
Fax services were restored last week, May 6. There's no need to resend a fax if you received a confirmation. But if you sent a fax from May 3 through May 5 and didn't receive confirmation, CGS is asking you to resend it.
Regular mail service has also been restored as of today.
