TiLite Acquires Three Rivers

TiLite has acquired Three Rivers Holdings, according to a news statement released by David Boninger, Three Rivers VP of marketing and research.
"Three Rivers will retain its independence and will continue its relentless pursuit of innovation and quality," the news release said.
Three Rivers' product line includes the Natural-Fit Handrim, the SmartWheel, and the GameCycle.
The statement announcing the acquisition added that Three Rivers, based in Mesa, Ariz., "also has several new products under development. The market introduction of those new products and continued innovation in its current products will now be accelerated by the greater resources provided by TiLite."
TiLite, based in Kennewick, Wash., designs and manufactures a wide range of ultralightweight chairs for adults and children.
