NHIC Corp., the Jurisdiction A DME MAC, is alerting complex rehab technology providers and DME suppliers of upcoming temporary limitations to its interactive voice response (IVR) system.
From Oct. 3 through Oct. 5, NHIC's Common Working File (CWF) will be making changes, the DME MAC announced in a bulletin to stakeholders. Due to that activity, NHIC is declaring Thursday, Oct. 3, a "gray day," to be followed by two "dark days" on Friday, Oct. 4, and Saturday, Oct. 5.
"During these days, the DME MAC Jurisdiction A IVR will have limited access to the CWF, making some information inaccessible," NHIC said in a news announcement.
