Pride Mobility Opens New Facility in Mississippi

Pride Mobility Products Corp. has chosen Pontotoc, Miss., as the location for its new manufacturing facility.

Memphis Business Journal reported that Pride was investing $2 million in the new venue, and that the new facility was expected to generate 150 jobs.

The Journal quoted Pride Chairman/CEO Scott Meuser as saying the company was “proud to become a part of the Pontotoc community as a manufacturer within both the local region and the state of Mississippi. The Mississippi Development Authority (MDA) has played an instrumental role in the establishment of our facility, and the MDA reflects the remarkable opportunities for commerce that the state and region present.”
