National Seating & Mobility’s (NSM) latest acquisition is DME Shoppe, based in Fort Myers, Fla.
DME Shoppe specializes in durable medical equipment and accessibility products, as well as pediatric seating and wheeled mobility. The business was established in 1987 and serves the southwestern portion of Florida.
As part of the agreement, NSM said four “industry professionals, including two ATPs and one RTS” would be joining the national CRT provider. Former owners Dominic and Cindi Daniele will remain on board, with Dominic taking over as the location’s branch manager.
Bill Mixon, NSM’s CEO, said of the acquisition, “Pediatric CRT solutions are one of the many services we are proud to offer our clients and their caregivers across the U.S. and Canada. With this acquisition, we’re eager to play a role in expanding the services and solutions offered for both children and adults across southern Florida.”
