National Seating & Mobility’s (NSM) latest acquisition is PG Surg Med, located in British Columbia.
In a July 6 news announcement, NSM said PG Surg Med has offices in the cities of Prince George, Kelowna, Kamloops, and Vernon, B.C.
“The acquisition positions NSM as the largest provider of mobility solutions in British Columbia,” the announcement said.
PG Surg Med was owned by siblings Russell and Sandy Pratt, and NSM said both will “remain in leadership roles with NSM.”
While NSM has other offices in British Columbia, the PG Surg Med acquisition is NSM’s “first entry into the northern region of the province.”
Bill Mixon, NSM’s CEO, said, “NSM is passionate about furthering opportunities and resources for those in need of accessibility and mobility services. We are proud to serve as a trusted source for mobility and accessibility solutions, as well as service and repair, throughout the province of British Columbia.”
