National Seating & Mobility (NSM) has formed a new partnership with Paradigm Catastrophic Care Management, described as “the industry leader in solving catastrophic and complex healthcare challenges and improving lives.”
In a news announcement, NSM said it is now a Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) and Home Access partner nationwide “for Paradigm’s clinical operations, aligning both nationwide networks and broadening the mobility and access services available to injured workers and their families.”
NSM CEO Bill Mixon said, “Paradigm’s innovative approach, commitment to excellence and whole-person care model aligns with NSM’s core values and operational priorities. We are proud to work alongside this experienced company to provide custom solutions and life-changing outcomes for the catastrophically injured workers they represent.”
Going forward, Paradigm’s nurse case managers will refer patients to the NSM workers’ compensation service team. Clients will then be assigned to a local NSM branch.
“Similar to the clinical expertise, care, and support that Paradigm has provided to injured workers and their families for nearly 30 years, National Seating & Mobility has a long history of providing unparalleled service to their clients,” Kevin Turner, CEO of Paradigm’s Catastrophic Care Management division, said in the announcement. “We look forward to our partnership with NSM to deliver personalized solutions to individuals with mobility challenges.”
