NSM Names New CFO

In a Jan. 25 news announcement, NSM said Allan Villegas had joined the company.

Villegas has more than 20 years’ experience in positions of financial leadership at private-equity portfolio companies that have focused on growth and operational improvement initiatives.

He began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young and most recently was the CFO of Impark, a parking management and transportation services company.

Bill Mixon, NSM’s CEO, said in the announcement, “Allan’s extensive financial background combined with his deep acquisition and integration experience to drive growth opportunities for industry-leading companies in a variety of sectors will be an asset to NSM. We are pleased to have him aboard the NSM executive team.”

Villegas added, “NSM’s mission-oriented business model is unique. I am excited to be a part of the NSM team dedicated to improving the lives of others. I look forward to working with the team as NSM enters its next phase of transformative growth and expansion.”
