Bodypoint Announces New Hires

Bodypoint has a new U.S. Sales Manager and a new Marketing Assistant.

In a recent news announcement, Bodypoint introduced Christie Skoorsmith as U.S. Sales Manager and said her primary focus “will be developing dealer sales in the U.S. and working with the independent rep groups to maintain Bodypoint’s industry reputation as the brand of choice for postural supports.”
Skoorsmith most recently served as International Business Development Manager of SPIO, a manufacturer of compression clothing designed to improve proprioception in children and adolescents.
Mark Jordan, VP of Sales & Marketing, said in the announcement, “We are fortunate to have Christie leading the U.S. sales efforts at Bodypoint. Her well-rounded business expertise will benefit us greatly as we continue to expand our presence in this market.”
Skoorsmith added, “Bodypoint has been an industry leader for many years. When I learned of this position, I jumped at the chance to join their team. I am excited to be working with such a high-quality group of individuals dedicated to improving the lives of people in wheelchairs. I look forward to learning a lot and contributing to the growth and success of the team. I'm excited to get started!"
Madeline Meloy
Bodypoint has also hired Madeline Meloy as its new Marketing Assistant. In a news announcement, Bodypoint said, “With a history in freelance writing/editing since 2012, and her well-balanced creative and analytical sides, we're excited to have Madeline as a part of our marketing team!”
Meloy will be taking charge of Bodypoint’s social media and content creation. She began her career at Bodypoint as a Customer Experience Specialist.
