Miller’s Has a New Columbus Manager
Miller’s is welcoming Michelle Gillen, who’s joined the team as the manager of Miller’s new Columbus, Ohio, office. A social media post said, “She joins Miller’s with previous home medical management experience and is also certified in American Sign Language.”
RGK to Sponsor Wheelchair Basketball World Championships
RGK is sponsoring the International Wheelchair Basketball Federation (IWBF) World Championships, scheduled next month in Dubai. More than 300 athletes from 16 men’s and 12 women’s teams are expected to compete.
The American women’s team is in Group A of the competition, along with Algeria, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, and Thailand. The Canadian women’s team is in Group B, with Australia, Brazil, China, Great Britain, and Spain.
The American men’s team is in Group D, with Great Britain, Iran, and Iraq. The Canadian men’s team is in Group B, with Egypt, Germany, and Thailand. The other men’s teams are Argentina, Australia, Brazil, France, Italy, the Netherlands, South Korea, and United Arab Emirates, who is also the host of the event.
The tournament runs June 9-20.

The satire site The Squeaky Wheel has changed its domain and can now be found at thesqueakywheel.org. Describing itself as the first-ever satire publication that focuses on the experience of having a disability, The Squeaky Wheel’s latest posts include “Upstairs Business Certain They Have No Disabled Customers,” “Woman Has Audacity to Have Never Experienced the Thing New Doctor Specializes In,” and “Opinion: You’re Not Disabled, You Just Don’t Have that Hustle Grindset Mentality, My Guy” — the last post written by The Squeaky Wheel’s founder, Steven Verdile.
