ATLAS Technology has acquired ARTSCO Inc.’s RxWeb software, formerly known as Rehab Accelerate.
In an Aug. 8 announcement, ATLAS Technology said, “This collaboration brings together RxWeb’s long history in Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) with ATLAS Technology’s next-generation revenue cycle management platform to deliver future-forward solutions for Complex Rehab providers.”
ATLAS Technology, headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, indicated that ARTSCO’s two-member team would also join ATLAS. ARTSCO is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
“We’re excited to join forces with RxWeb, a company whose long commitment to innovation in CRT aligns perfectly with our mission,” said Bill Paul, founder of ATLAS Technology. “Their insight into the unique challenges faced by rehab suppliers makes them an ideal collaborator as we expand ATLAS RCM’s reach and impact.”
ATLAS’s current AI-driven CRT workflow software was designed to support the industry-specific needs of Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs), seating clinicians, and the medical billing and collections teams who work with them. That software addresses CRT workflows, claims management, electronic health records, and revenue cycle management (RCM).
RxWeb’s strategic front-end and documentation capabilities — which includes order forms from more than 60 manufacturers — will now become part of ATLAS’s CRT suite to provide comprehensive solutions.
“This collaboration reflects our shared vision to empower the CRT industry through accessible, scalable technology,” said Steve Garand, CEO of ARTSCO Inc. and creator of RxWeb, Rehab Accelerate, and Rehab Anywhere. “Together with ATLAS Technology, we’re committed to equipping Complex Rehab providers with the tools they need to drive operational efficiencies, faster eval-to-delivery times, and patient satisfaction.”
