In a Feb. 5 news announcement, ATLAS said its new Referral Acquisition Management Program (RAMP) will join the company’s current suite of software options designed especially for the unique structure and needs of the DME and Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) industries.

RAMP will officially launch at Medtrade next month.

The news announcement said RAMP is “different than traditional Contact Resource Management software in that it was designed specifically to manage the relationship with the medical professional that is a referral source of customers who are in need of the medical service/products offered by the company.”

Supporting and recruiting referral sources

William “Bill” Paul, ATLAS Technology’s founder and CEO, said in the announcement, “The addition of RAMP to our current ATLAS Technology software offerings — ATLAS Enterprise Software Platform, ATLAS Clinical Evaluation Software (ACES), and ATLAS-FIOS Service & Repair Education — gives our DME and rehab clients a more complete enterprise software designed specifically for their business. It’s a complete family of software offerings unique to the DME industry.”

Paul added that RAMP will be available as stand-alone referral software or can be included as part of the full ATLAS Enterprise software suite. “We have been in this industry for over 20 years and understand the unique challenges encountered by our customers,” he said. “We have designed the best options to help them run their businesses more efficiently.”

RAMP manages supplier relationships with the medical professionals (referral sources) who refer patients to DME and CRT businesses.

The RAMP system organizes referral contact lists; manages relationships with current and prospective referral sources, plus other contacts; and creates custom contact workflows for each referral source, including e-mails, texts, phone calls, in-person visits, and special events.

Custom workflows are automated by sequence of contact type, frequency, salesperson, equipment type, and more. In the DME or CRT business office, staffers can use the notes section to document pertinent conversations. Real-time updates are available for the entire team to act on, and workflow tracking can determine best workflows for generating new patient business.

ATLAS Technology, headquartered in Las Vegas, will launch RAMP at Medtrade in Dallas, March 26-28.
