Barry Steelman to Lead NCART Marketing, Communication Efforts

NCART has hired marketing and Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) industry veteran Barry Steelman to lead the organization’s marketing and communications campaigns.

Steelman entered the CRT industry in 2001, when he became Permobil’s marketing manager. He has also served as director of marketing for Stealth Products, and now, as the founder of Steelman Marketing, works with a number of industry businesses on their branding, events, social media, and other communications efforts.


Noridian Re-Awarded Medicare Jurisdiction D Contract

Noridian Healthcare Solutions has been re-awarded the Medicare Jurisdiction D contract, the company said in a March 5 news announcement.

Noridian first became a durable medical equipment Medicare Administrative Contractor (DME MAC) in 2006, and then was re-awarded the contract in 2015. Noridian covers Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming, plus the territories of American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
