CIGNA is hosting a series of three monthly teleconferences starting in March to familiarize providers with the new DME MAC Jurisdiction C.
The Ask the Contractor teleconferences are scheduled for March 21, April 18 and May 16. Each teleconference begins at 9 a.m. CT and runs for two hours. Members of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Palmetto GBA (outgoing DMERC Region C contractor) and National Government Services (formerly known as AdminaStar Federal) will be available to answer questions.
