Cindi Petito Joins VGM & Associates
VGM’s new director of clinical networks will focus on CRT and home accessibility.

October 24, 2024 by Laurie Watanabe

Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) and accessibility veteran Cindi Petito has joined VGM & Associates.

Petito, OTR/L, MBA, ATP, CAPS, CEAC, is VGM’s new director of clinical networks. In an Oct. 23 press release, VGM said, “Cindi brings with her over 29 years of experience in multiple health-care settings, including Complex Rehab, as well as being a certified home accessibility specialist and key opinion leader in home modification and accessibility. She also has more than 20 years of working with both Medicare and Medicaid, commercial insurance companies, and workers comp programs.”

The member services organization added that Petito will support both U.S. Rehab and VGM Live at Home, “and she will lead the charge to build out a network of occupational therapists that will allow VGM to increase referrals to members, amongst many other initiatives, to better align mutual efforts and support market growth.”

Petito’s career experience includes National Seating & Mobility, where she served as the provider’s workers’ comp program and operations manager. Petito was also the founder and owner of CHAS Group, described as “a community-based private therapy practice offering in-home and telehealth services to individuals and organizations nationwide.” CHAS Group provided seating, wheeled mobility, durable medical equipment, home modifications, and aging-in-place services.

“I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this outstanding organization, support VGM’s members and vendor partners, and the industries to which I have devoted my career,” Petito said in the announcement. “I wholeheartedly believe in our vision for growth and the positive impact we will achieve together.”
