The event will be hosted by the University of Pittsburgh, located just a few miles away.

The weeklong event kicks off on Mon., March 18, with pre-symposium educational workshops. Those workshops continue on Tues., March 19, and the expo hall also opens on March 19 for Community Day from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. On that day, exhibits will be open free of charge for consumers and their families (registration is required).

The symposium officially starts Wed., March 19. The expo hall is open Wed., March 20, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Thurs., March 21, from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Fri., March 22, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Educational sessions run through Fri., March 23.

The annual ISS One Party takes place Thurs., March 21, starting at 8 p.m. at the UPMC Club at Heinz Field, home to the University of Pittsburgh Panthers and the Pittsburgh Steelers football teams. Tickets for the party are $35 per person, with proceeds being donated to industry advocacy efforts.

More than 140 educational sessions are scheduled for the ISS, and more than 150 exhibitors are expected in the expo hall.
