Industry veteran Dan Fedor has joined The VGM Group’s reimbursement team, the member service organization has announced.
Fedor, whose previous experience had included tenures with The Mobility Consultants and Pride Mobility Products Corp., said of his new position, “I am very excited to be part of the VGM team and look forward to assisting members in obtaining timely and accurate reimbursement for qualified patients.”
The VGM announcement indicated Fedor would be working closely with VGM Director of Reimbursement Services Peggy Walker and Reimbursement Specialist Ronda Buhrmeister.
Fedor has worked in a number of different segments of DME and mobility, including funding and documentation, compliance, and provider education. He was a unit manager/ombudsman at Travelers Insurance/United Healthcare, the Region A DMERC.
