Quokka Car Seat
This rear- or forward-facing car seat is
equipped to meet a range of postural
requirements, thanks to an ergonomic
design. A Spica positioning wedge fully
supports a casted Quokka rider during
transport. The sides of the seat are formed
specifically to fit legs that are casted or in a
brace, while head and neck are securely and
comfortably held with the adjustable, plush
head support and multi-positional, padded
five-point safety harness. The LATCH system
comes standard to facilitate quick, easy
installation. The Quokka can be used in rearfacing
configuration for children weighing 5
to 39.6 lbs., or forward facing (22-39.6 lbs.).
Vantage Mobility International
VMI ParkSmart Obstruction Alert System
2021 Mobility Product Award Winner: Sensor Technology
This patented ramp obstruction alert
system, the first of its kind, sounds an
alert when access to a wheelchair-accessible
vehicle is blocked. The alert
clearly and respectfully asks offenders to move their vehicle or
object, so vehicle owners can enter their vehicles without being
blocked out. ParkSmart uses an onboard computer and sensors
engineered into the ramp-side sliding door that trigger when an
obstruction is detected within 8'.
2021 Mobility Product Award Winner: Wheelchair Securement
The INQLINE Securement and INQLINE
Assist are unique solutions for passenger
on-boarding and de-boarding. INQLINE
systems are fully integrated, crash-tested,
heavy-duty winch systems with dual automatic
retractors and an ergonomic thumb
controller. Each system gives you full control of your passenger,
allowing you to guide a wheelchair up the ramp and into position
without the usual shoves, snags, back injuries or high-liability
potential associated with normal winch systems.
Turny Evo Seat
The Turny Evo seat moves completely
outside the vehicle and lowers to a level that
facilitates safe transfers. Once seated, the
user pushes a button, and the seat lifts the
person up and rotates into the vehicle. This
solution is ideal for older clients who have
trouble getting into SUVs, trucks or vans
that sit higher off the ground. Caregivers
will appreciate knowing their loved one can
get into their vehicle without risking a fall
or injury. The Turny Evo is powered via a
hand-held remote or optional smartphone
app. The operation takes 35-65 seconds in
total travel time, depending on the desired
seating position and type of vehicle.

Turny Evo Seat
The Turny Evo rotating seat creates a safer way to get in and out of vehicles. It is designed for people with limited mobility, including wheelchair users who can transfer into a vehicle seat. The Turny Evo fits more than 150 vehicles, such as full-size vans, pickup trucks, minivans and SUVs. The seat is fully powered to rotate, extend, and move up, down or backward, and it can be installed in the driver, passenger or mid-row seat positions, depending on the vehicle.
The INQLINE system is the first fully tested, fully integrated, heavy-duty winch and restraint system featuring dual automatic retractors that act as front tie-downs. Release the belts and attach INQLINE securement J-hooks to the wheelchair frame. Then use the thumb controller to seamlessly steer the chair into the vehicle. With the passenger safely inside, attach rear tie-downs and apply a “final squeeze” via the wall control panel.
