Etac’s popular Crocodile walker/gait trainer is now sized just right for your smallest clients.
In a Jan. 23 news announcement, Etac said the new size 0 “is the smallest sibling in the [Crocodile] family, suitable for children from approximately 24 inches (60.96 cm) and up to 42 inches (106.68 cm).”
Etac added that based on the accessories chosen, “the Crocodile can be used as a walker for children who can take full weight bearing or as a gait trainer for children who can only take partial weight bearing.”
The Size 0 version has a folded height of 12 inches (30.48 cm) and a folded length of 25.75 inches (65.405 cm). Height from floor to handles ranges from 11.75 to 24 inches (29.845 to 60.96 cm). Accessories, including hip and back supports, enable the Crocodile to be fine-tuned to each child’s specific needs.
The Crocodile is also available in sizes 1, 2, and 3, with the largest size accommodating clients up to 70.75 inches (179.705 cm).
