Etac Launches North American Web Site

September 30, 2021 by Laurie Watanabe

Etac has a new North American Web Site, with all of the manufacturer’s product categories — Convaid, R82, Molift, Immedia, Star, and Etac — now accessible in one location.

In a Sept. 27 news announcement, Etac said the new site will be easier for clinicians and providers to use: “Instead of having to navigate through multiple Web sites, you can now find all of Etac’s brands, products and resources in one place.”

At launch time, the new site offered product videos on such popular positioning and mobility products as the Convaid Rodeo and the R82 Rabbit Up, as well as a dedicated pediatric section with case stories, pediatric product categories, and even a special section for Bamboo the panda, Etac’s pediatric mascot.

Each Etac product range — Pediatrics, Patient Handling, Pressure Care, Bathroom Aids, and Small Aids to Daily Living — has its own section as well.

The Knowledge section of the Web site contains case stories, COVID-19 safe patient handling information, e-learning opportunities, and Webinar opportunities.

The Support section includes order forms; resources such as product literature, videos and media galleries; product support, such as parts and repairs information; and customer contact support.

“Our new Etac Web site is an important milestone in our rebranding and besides reflecting our new name and visuals, it also offers enhanced functionality, a sleek and responsive modern design, together with easy navigation,” said Ryan Williams, President North America, in the announcement. “I’m happy to welcome you all to our new North American Web site.”
