ISS 2013 Calls for Papers

March 19, 2012 by Mobility Management

You might still be recovering from this year’s International Seating Symposium (ISS) in Vancouver, but the University of Pittsburgh is already looking forward to March 7-9, 2013 – when the 29th ISS takes place in Nashville.

The call for papers, posters and instructional courses is open; the submission deadline is May 30, 2012.

The call for papers announcement said the University of Pittsburgh, which hosts the event, is expecting more than 1,200 attendees who specialize in seating & mobility.

Pittsburgh is accepting proposals for instructional courses (one or two hours in length), papers (15 minutes’ presentation), and posters.

In an announcement about next year’s event, the University of Pittsburgh said the exhibit hall will be open on March 6, the day before ISS officially kicks off, to give attendees more time to check out the latest seating & mobility offerings.

Pre-symposium courses will take place March 5-6.
