Learning Opportunity: Customized Seating, 24/7

January 1, 2015 by Mobility Management

Customized Seatingview a custom seating Webinar free of charge on mobilitymgmt.com.

The Webinar is called “Different Strokes for Different Folks: Exploring Possibilities for Customizing a Seating System.” Sunrise’s clinical educator, Angie Kiger, M.Ed., CTRS, ATP/SMS, is the Webinar presenter.

Learning objectives for the one-hour Webinar include exploring the advantages and flexibility of standard “out-of-the-box” seating products; reviewing the components that make up a custom-configured seating system and considerations that come into play when recommending the most appropriate seating system for a client; and examining real-life scenarios, including the outcomes of equipment recommendations.

During the Webinar, Kiger discusses a number of seating solutions for various real-life scenarios you can expect to encounter in clinic and seating evaluations. Technology solutions include out-of-the-box seating & positioning products, completely customized seating solutions, and some innovative ways to combine the two to create “hybrid” solutions.

Register to view the Webinar at your convenience, 24/7.
