Medline Wins “101 Best & Brightest” Honors

December 17, 2012 by Laurie Watanabe

Medline Industries has been named to the “National 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For” list.

Companies competing for “Best & Brightest” honors participate in HR and employee surveys that are analyzed by an independent research firm.

Companies are evaluated in a range of fields, including employee compensation and benefits, employee enrichment and retention, educational and professional development for employees, programs and plans to recognize employee achievement and recognition, how well the companies maintain a work-life balance, and the companies’ commitments to improving their local communities.

“Medline is proud to be recognized alongside these other terrific companies as one of the best places to work in the country,” said Medline President Andy Mills in a news announcement. “We’re thrilled to be selected among hundreds of well-respected companies and shine a light on our programs and the dedicated employees who truly make Medline a great place for all of us to come to work every day.”

Medline was eligible for national consideration after being named to the “101 Best & Brightest Companies to work for in Chicago” list. Medline Industries is headquartered in Mundelein, Ill.
