The conference is scheduled for March 2-4 in Phoenix.

June 4, 2025 by Laurie Watanabe

Medtrade is calling for proposals for educational presentations for its 2026 conference in Phoenix.

The conference team is seeking presentations on audits and compliance; Complex Rehab Technology and mobility; legislative, regulatory and legal; managed care; business operations; sales and marketing, and technology and innovation.

Medtrade is also calling for presentations on new product categories, including enteral nutrition, ventilation, urological supplies, continuous glucose monitors (CGM), negative pressure wound therapy, lymphedema compression, incontinence supplies, and maternity support and supplies.

The conference is scheduled for March 2-4, with the expo open March 3-4.

“Medtrade is committed to delivering attendees with original, quality content and topics built around clinical expertise, as well as the most up-to-date data, trends, technologies, and effective strategies to address challenges and leverage new growth opportunities in the industry,” the show said in a June 2 press release. “Medtrade does not allow promotion of products and services. Please refrain from including any information related to your business in the presentation (unless you are presenting in the ‘Exploring new product categories’ official track).”

The deadline for proposal submissions is July 11, 2025. PowerPoint presentations must be completed and submitted by Feb. 2, 2026, for review by Medtrade’s editorial advisory board. Medtrade is seeking content for all educational levels, including “at least two advanced learning sessions per track.”

Medtrade 2026 will be held at the Phoenix Convention Center because the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas — the event’s home for the last two years — will be used as the media hub for the Federation Internationale de Football Association World Cup tournament next year. Medtrade will return to Dallas in 2027.
