Mobility Management Debuts New Web Site

January 17, 2008 by Mobility Management

Mobility Management has unveiled a new Web site for providers of mobility/rehab equipment and clinicians who make seating & mobility recommendations. The new site (www.mobilitymgmt.com) also includes a Mobility Planet section aimed at consumers who use mobility or rehab equipment.

The Web site’s home page features Breaking News, as well as an interactive poll (click HERE to answer this month’s question about how often providers consult Medicare-related Web sites). That content, as well as Mobility Planet’s monthly feature article, will be available exclusively at mobilitymgmt.com.

Visitors to the new site can also find archived articles from past issues of Mobility Management and eMobility, industry resources and links, a product & technology section sorted by mobility/rehab category, and a “customer service” center that enables readers to subscribe or change contact information for Mobility Management or the eMobility newsletter.

Mobility Planet gives mobility and rehab DME users a dependable resource for information ranging from equipment funding to working effectively with a mobility/rehab provider to finding a good support group. The current homepage feature — Choosing an Adapted Automotive Vehicle — is the first in an ongoing series of articles entitled “What Do I Do First?” The series’ goal is to educate consumers early in the decision-making process, whether they’re trying to select an accessible minivan, find a mobility/rehab provider to work with, or learn more about a new diagnosis.
