National Seating & Mobility (NSM) has acquired Active Mobility Products, located in Kelowna, B.C.
In a June 9 news announcement, NSM said the acquisition “strengthens the Interior Region of British Columbia in the Okanagan Valley.”
Dino Padula, owner of Active Mobility Products, has more than 20 years’ experience in seating and mobility and will transition to NSM.
Bill Mixon, CEO of NSM, said in the announcement, “Accessibility and mobility are vital to the health, safety and success of the clients we serve. Expanding our presence in British Columbia strengthens our ability to provide innovative mobility solutions in the Kelowna and surrounding communities.”
The Kelowna branch office will be branded as an NSM location and is the first NSM-branded location outside the United States. In coming months, other British Columbia branch offices will also be rebranded as NSM locations.
