The National Coalition for Assistive & Rehab Technology (NCART) has a new Membership Coordinator.
In a July 27 announcement, NCART said Tim Hoffman, who has 26 years of industry experience, has joined the organization.
Hoffman was most recently the VP of Vendor Contracting and Strategic Accounts for VGM & Associates.
NCART’s Executive Director Wayne Grau said in the announcement, “NCART is excited to be working with a well-established industry veteran like Tim. Tim has long-standing relationships with CRT [Complex Rehab Technology] manufacturers and suppliers. This addition will allow NCART to continue to expand our advocacy reach for the Complex Rehab industry.
“NCART focuses solely on protecting and enhancing the CRT industry to address challenges like antiquated fee schedules and burdensome regulations that hurt CRT manufacturers, suppliers, and the consumers we serve. Adding Tim to the team will help us keep up the fight to ensure the success of the CRT industry now and into the future.”
Greg Packer, President of both U.S. Rehab and of NCART, said in the announcement, “Tim will be a valuable asset to NCART. He has been in the industry a long time and has great customer service skills, which he attributes to working personally with Van Miller.” The late Van G. Miller was the founder of VGM & Associates, the parent company of U.S. Rehab.
