NCART & U.S. Rehab Seek Input for CRT Industry Survey

August 27, 2023 by Laurie Watanabe

NCART and U.S. Rehab are working with Strategic Marketing Services (SMS) at the University of Northern Iowa to gather information about the Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) industry.

In an Aug. 24 announcement, Christy Ryken, Director of SMS, said, “The objective of the study is to gather real-time data on the financial stability and positioning of businesses within CRT. By assessing the current situation and identifying areas of concern, the data collected will enable a clearer understanding of the challenges faced by industry stakeholders. Armed with this information, the industry can work collaboratively with policymakers and lawmakers to advocate for the necessary support and strategies needed to navigate through these turbulent times.”

Information gathered will be aggregated in the overall industry performance report. “Understanding the absolute need for confidentiality of your company’s financial information, our team at SMS will be the only people with access to your individual company data,” the announcement said. “No individual company information will be disclosed in any manner.”

The deadline for completing the online survey is Fri., Sept. 8. “Our goal is to have a final report by the end of September 2023, so we would like to collect this information as soon as possible,” the announcement said.
