NCART has welcomed four new members — two manufacturers and two Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) providers.
In a Dec. 15 social media post, NCART said manufacturers Homecare Products Inc. and Invacare Corp. have signed on. They were joined by providers Laurel Medical Solutions and Norco.
Laurel Medical Solutions has offices in Ebensburg and Johnstown, Pa. Founded in 1986 as Sickroom Supplies, the company eventually was renamed Laurel Medical Supplies, then became Laurel Medical Solutions in 2009, when Golden Orthotics & Prosthetics was formed and became part of the Laurel Medical family. The company currently provides accessibility, CRT, DME, respiratory, and orthotics and prosthetics equipment and services.
Norco has more than 50 office locations in Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. In addition to providing CRT, Norco provides respiratory, sleep therapy, and women’s healthcare services and equipment. Norco also supplies medical gases and equipment to a range of customers, from individual patients to large hospitals. The company was founded in 1968 and became employee owned in 2015.
Homecare Products — also known as EZ-ACCESS — sells accessibility ramps for a variety of applications, from home to automotive to commercial.
Invacare Corp. sells power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, support surfaces, seating and positioning products, aids to daily living, and patient care equipment.
