NHIC Corp., the Jurisdiction A DME MAC, has eliminated four P.O. boxes it had been using to receive paper claims.
As of Nov. 30, the following P.O. boxes have been eliminated: 9145 (for drug claims), 9147 (mobility support), 9148 (oxygen) and 9149 (PEN).
The only Jurisdiction A mailing address for paper claims going forward is the following: DME Jurisdiction A Claims, P.O. Box 9165, Hingham, MA 02043-9165.
