If you’re a member of the National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA) and you have Veterans Affairs (VA) invoices that are more than 120 days past due, NMEDA wants to hear from you.
In a newsletter bulletin, NMEDA said it planned to “prepare a matrix of all its members’ overdue VA invoices currently in receivables and we will submit it to the VA.”
NMEDA has created an Excel template for members to complete for “properly documented invoices that are not currently in dispute.”
The organization says the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is cooperating with the effort: “This is your best opportunity to help speed up the payment process at your local VAs with their support.”
NMEDA members who wish to participate should download the form and attach the completed Excel document to an e-mail that should be sent to info@nmeda.org.
Past-due invoices need to be sent to NMEDA by Friday, March 28.
