The deadline for a small grants program from the National Pressure Injury Advisory Panel (NPIAP) is fast approaching.
In a June 9 reminder, the NPIAP said the submission deadline for the grants program is June 30, with the project duration lasting 12 months. Award announcements will be made Sept. 30.
The NPIAP’s small grants program “is to provide funding for small research projects, such as pilot studies.” Proposals must address an NPIAP research priority, including methods and/or technologies that prevent pressure injuries; devices that prevent pressure injuries and how to implement their use; and optimal caregiver teaching strategies to prevent pressure injuries at home.
