NRRTS & VNU Partner to Provide Medtrade Educational Opportunities

February 1, 2006 by Mobility Management

VNU Expositions, owner of Medtrade and Medtrade Spring, has announced that the National Registry of Rehab Technology Suppliers (NRRTS) will manage the rehab educational courses at Medtrade this September in Atlanta.

NRRTS’ management of the courses and curriculum assures that educational opportunities “will directly target the needs of rehab professionals, providing them with the best possible educational experience,” says Art Ellis, group VP for VNU. Says NRRTS president Mike Seidel (pictured), “We are committed to offering continuing educational opportunities and developing rehab education for advanced rehabilitation technology suppliers, which are both important goals for our industry.” The Medtrade courses offer CEUs to successful participants.

The new partnership does not affect the Continuum of Care, a full-day educational conference that takes place the day before Medtrade opens and traditionally offers a re/habilitation track.

Medtrade is scheduled for Sept. 19-21, 2006, at Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center. For more information, go to www.medtrade.com or www.nrrts.org.
