National Seating & Mobility’s (NSM) service to the Northeastern part of the United States has just become more robust.
In a May 20 news announcement, NSM said it had acquired Living Free Home, a home accessibility business. Living Free Home has locations in Madison, N.J., and Boston.
Bill Mixon, CEO of NSM, said about the acquisition, “NSM is proud to expand services to individuals with disabilities and health challenges throughout the Northeast. We look forward to fostering relationships with clinicians in the area and furthering the availability of mobility solutions nationwide.”
Living Free Home was established in 2003 and focused on stairlifts, vertical platform lifts, ramps, auto lifts, ceiling track lifts, incline lifts and bathroom modifications. Owners Tom Krieck and Rich Kantor are both transitioning to the NSM staff as part of the agreement.
