The acquisitions keep coming for National Seating & Mobility (NSM), as the national providership announced it has purchased USA Mobility.
The Denver-based company was founded in 2003 and specializes in customized power and manual wheelchairs, as well as consumer power chairs, scooters, standard manual chairs and vehicle lifts.
NSM’s announcement said three USA Mobility ATPs – Carol Cox, David Glancy and Andy Steele – had already joined NSM’s corps.
Tom Johnson, manager of NSM’s Denver branch, said of the acquisition, “USA Mobility has served our region for 12 years and been a strong competitor. We pride ourselves on customer service and expect our new colleagues to make us stronger yet.”
NSM will hold its annual symposium for ATPs, executives and complex rehab technology manufacturers in Nashville in July.
