National Seating & Mobility (NSM) has acquired The Medical Store, located in South Burlington, Vt.
In a June 5 news announcement, NSM indicated that the acquisition would expand its coverage not just in Vermont, but also in New Hampshire.
As part of the deal, NSM will gain four ATPs, who will continue to serve clients from their South Burlington location. The Medical Store was founded in 1983 and was the state of Vermont’s largest complex rehab technology provider.
NSM CEO Bill Mixon said, “Expanding with new locations allows us to positively impact the lives of more individuals with mobility challenges. We look forward to partnering with healthcare providers to serve clients in these communities. TMS has a strong culture and team.
