NSM Adds Board of Directors Member

October 14, 2020 by Laurie Watanabe

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) has added a member to its board of directors.

In an Oct. 13 news announcement, NSM said Gregory Roth, a healthcare industry veteran, had joined the board.

Roth has served as CEO for TeamHealth, a medical outsourcing company that NSM described as one of the largest integrated care providers in the United States. Roth also was President of HCA Healthcare’s ambulatory surgical division. Roth’s areas of experience and expertise include financial operations, technology infrastructure, portfolio management, governance, compliance, and business development.

Bill Mixon, NSM’s CEO, said of the appointment, “Gregory brings a wealth of valuable industry experience to our board of directors. His robust leadership experience with renowned healthcare organizations will be a strength in guiding the company’s ongoing expansion and commitment to service excellence.”

“It’s an honor to join NSM’s Board of Directors, a company whose mission is rooted in serving others,” Roth said. “I look forward to working with the board to advance the company’s mission and future goals.”
