Rick Nori, who has 32 years’ experience in the CRT and DME industries, will now lead branch operations throughout Canada, according to a Jan. 4 news announcement from NSM.

Nori most recently served as Ki Mobility’s VP and General Manager for Canada.

He replaces Darryl Mackie, who is retiring at the end of the month.

NSM’s CEO Bill Mixon said in the announcement, “Rick is a well-respected industry veteran who will be a key contributor to shaping the future of our growing Canada business. We are grateful for Ki Mobility’s accommodation during this transition, and look forward to supporting Rick in his efforts to oversee and amplify NSM’s presence throughout Canada.”

Nori said about his new position, “As a former supplier partner, I have a great appreciation for NSM’s client-centered mission and commitment to innovation. I am proud to be a part of this mission and look forward to leading the company’s operations and ongoing expansion in Canada.”
