National Seating & Mobility’s (NSM) latest expansion is in Southern Oregon.
In a June 15 news announcement, NSM said it has opened a new office in Roseburg, Ore., a Douglas County city historically known for its lumber industry. NSM recently purchased the complex rehab technology (CRT) assets from Douglas Medical Equipment Supply (DMES), also located in Roseburg.
Wayne Smith, ATP, will leave DMES to join NSM’s new office. Smith has been serving CRT clients for more than 20 years, according to DMES. DMES will continue to sell home medical equipment from its existing Roseburg location.
Bill Mixon, NSM’s CEO, said of the expansion, “This new location allows us to bring innovative mobility solutions to more individuals in Oregon who need them. We are proud to partner with the physicians and therapists in the area to serve clients in the southern part of the state.”
The addition of the Roseburg office means NSM now has three locations in Oregon. The other two offices are in Eugene and Portland.
