NSM Names Director of Business Development

May 4, 2021 by Laurie Watanabe

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) has chosen a new Director of Business Development, and he comes from their own ranks.

In an April 26 news announcement, NSM said Tim Williams, ATP, would step into this new role. Williams has worked with NSM’s Clinical Business Development team for the past five years. He joined NSM in 2016, after more than 35 years of working in the Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) and DME industries. Williams is a former business owner, and NSM said he has “an established reputation building and cultivating relationships with both clients and peers across the industry.”

In the announcement, Doug McDaniel, Senior VP of Business Development, said, “Before joining NSM, Tim spent years recruiting and leading teams in the CRT industry. He has a first-hand understanding of the dynamics involved in a company transition, and he’s an excellent resource for employees transitioning to NSM. We are thrilled for Tim to move into this role.”

NSM’s business development team includes Directors Charlie Felker and Tom Schoen.

“I am very comfortable working with people to ease concerns about joining a larger organization, and I personally understand the benefits of working with NSM,” said Williams. “I look forward to stepping into this role and continuing to contribute to the overall health and stability of the company and industry as a whole.”
