NSM Opens Branches in Cleveland & Northern California

May 5, 2015 by Laurie Watanabe

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is still expanding with the announcement of two new locations – and a new address for a third.

The complex rehab technology provider has opened a fourth Ohio branch at 6773 Industrial Parkway in the city of North Olmsted. The office, which will serve the Cleveland area, opened for business May 1.

Dawn Havrilla, CRTS, is the Cleveland office’s branch manager. Other Cleveland staffers include Sean Kiepert, ATP, and Tim Weist, rehab technician.

NSM opened a new branch office in Redding, Calif., in April. This location, NSM’s 14th in California, will serve the Redding and Chico areas.

Cassi Richardson, ATP, CRTS, is the branch manager, with John Day, RTS, Mark Webb, Mike Fithian and Jayleen Burden rounding out the Redding staff. The office is located at 1240 Redwood Blvd., Redding.

The need for more space has resulted in a new address for NSM’s Iowa City branch office.

Its new address is 4172 Alyssa Court, Unit A, Iowa City. The location opened for business on May 1.

General Manager Loretta A. Pender said in a news announcement, “With the continued success of our ALS loan closet, we needed more space to accommodate products. We had also outgrown our current building due to the volume of business increasing.”

The Iowa City branch office staff includes Jeff Bozarth, ATP, and Brad Peterson, technician and warehouse manager.
